LED Lighting in Sports Area
In this project, GIIT was responsible for the modernization and optimization of the lighting system in the sports area of Íllora (Granada), contributing to improving visibility and safety in the space, while also increasing energy efficiency and reducing long-term operational costs.
- Installation of state-of-the-art LED lighting systems in the sports complex, replacing the old lighting systems. The new devices offer greater brightness, a longer lifespan, and significantly reduced energy consumption.
- Customized lighting study: A thorough analysis of the space’s needs was conducted to ensure optimal lighting throughout the area, with special attention to high-usage areas such as sports courts and transit zones.
- Energy savings: Efficient solutions were implemented that optimize energy use, achieving a reduction in electricity consumption of up to XX% compared to the previous system.
- Improvement of sustainability: This project is aligned with sustainability objectives, significantly reducing the carbon footprint through the use of LED technologies that comply with energy efficiency regulations.
Results obtained
The results obtained from the installation of LED lighting in the sports area of Íllora include a significant improvement in the quality of lighting, which has increased both the safety and comfort of users. Additionally, a notable reduction in energy and maintenance costs has been achieved, thanks to the durability and efficiency of the installed LED systems. This project has also contributed to the municipality’s sustainability goals by reducing energy consumption and carbon footprint.
